Flybe Cheap Flights

Flybe Cheap Flights are the largest budget airline in Europe. Its route network is 70 percent domestic UK, 20 percent European business and 10 percent European leisure destinations. The major bases of Flybe are at Southampton, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow airports, to name a few. Flybe is the largest scheduled airline at Birmingham, Exeter, Manchester, Norwich, Isle of Man, Inverness, Southampton, Belfast City and the Channel Islands.

Check-in counters close half an hour before flight departure for domestic flights. Passengers with carry-on luggage may check in 20 minutes before flight takeoff. These apply for domestic flights. For international flights, check-in counters close 45 minutes prior to flight departure with carry-on luggage and one hour earlier for passengers checking in their luggage. Passengers may check-in online at 18 airports including Dublin, Glasgow, Manchester, Aberdeen and Birmingham.

Passengers is allowed to carry one hand-held luggage, weighing not more than 10kg. The luggage must not exceed 45 x 35 x 15cm. For Economy passengers, a limit not more than 20kg is allowed for checked luggage, while Flybe Economy Plus passengers may check in bags up to 30kg. The cost for Economy flyers for checking luggage is £12 per bag per one-way flight. A discounted rate of £7.99 for a luggage only applies if the passengers booked up to two hours before departure via Flybe‘s website. Economy Plus passengers are not required to pay for checked bags. A maximum weight of 30kg is allowed for a single luggage checked in. Passengers that wish to check in any excess baggage will be charged at £9 per kg.

Passengers may change flight details up to two hours before flight departure for a fee of £25 per person per sector. This includes any difference in fare paid and the lowest available call centre fare. Passengers can also change flight details online or at the call centre. This excludes any name changes, which must be made via telephone.

There is no children fare offered. Infants under two years and travelling on adult’s lap can fly for 12 percent of the adult fare on domestic routes. There is no senior citizen fares offered. Senior citizens fare is the same as adult’s fare.

Pets such as cats and dogs can be carried as cargo only. Guide dogs can be carried on all flights, but require advance bookings.

Passengers are permitted to carry their musical instruments on board for a fee of £20 per item. There is no complimentary in-flight services offered, but snacks and beverages can be purchased from the Deli In The Sky.
